Treadmill!
I have been using my treadmill for 3 months now I do it 3 times a week for 20mins, but it is becoming sooo boring i really dread doing that run but do it to keep fit! Is there anything else I can do to change it in any way or do something more fun?
Please any suggestions
thanks

The ONLY thing I have found to be great aerobic exercise and NOT boring is to cycle. I was incredibly unfit before I started cycling and was desperate to find something I could stick with. Toyed with the idea of an exercise bike (while watching TV, listening to the radio etc.) but realized that it would also be boring.
Now, I cycle for an hour on a Saturday and Sunday morning - early so the roads/pavements are free of cars/obstacles.
The time goes so quickly and in just 5 weeks, I have improved amazingly.
There really is nothing like getting out into the fresh air to make you feel good (and to stop you getting bored!)
Agree with purpose - I'd been paying gym membership for years, and from day 1 was utterly bored rigid with it - some people say they enjoy the whole gym experience, and to them I take my hat off, because I found it tedious beyond belief and thoroughly unenjoyable.
Anyway, one day, having driven to the gym and sat on an exercise bike for about 15 mins or so, I realised it was a bloody stupid thing to do, when instead I could be riding a proper bike, in the fresh air and taking in all the scenery.
So, that weekend, I cancelled my 75.00 pound a month gym member ship, went and bought a bike, and started cycling everywhere.
This was five years ago, the bike has long since paid for itself, and now I cycle everywhere - to and from work, 'popping' round to the shops, going to see friends etc etc etc.......
Absolutely dread going out in the car, and will avoid it as much as I can - I don't actually enjoy driving that much (although I do love going out for weekend blasts on my motorbike - which as I've been off the road all week, I feel I've earned).
