I have a mystery. Still no action on my tummy. Friday is the deadline..we shall see but....When this all started I had very bad left hip and back pain. Since taking your advice and making some changes the walking and leg nuisance has improved a great deal...but not the hip pain. Last week it was excruciating...waking me and making getting out of the sofa in one go impossible and then I could barely walk forward.
Then I remembered that in the summer, when wearing heels, the pain eased, so I got the heels out....2" and wore them in the house. After three days I was pain free...no problem standing up and I could run up the stairs. Today I have been in bare feet and the pain has returned.
Why? Can heels be doing something to my posture that relieves something?
If so what? And do you know where I can buy high heeled walking boots?

Evening Sqad....Have an update for the hell of it. Returned from Whitby to a letter from my GP saying he had tried for two weeks to contact a vascular secretary without success. He has faxed and urgent letter expressing his concern that I need an urgent appointment. This urgency has been going on for about six months now....good thing it's not urgent.
He has asked me to liaise..if I can... with the secretary of Mr H if I don't receive an urgent appointment. Haven't a clue who MrH is as the consultant I am under...don't you love that expression?....Under a consultant!... is Mr B.
But hey....the way I am going I'll be happy to be under any consultant. x
Evening gness

When you say you will be happy under any consultant it sounds like you are giving sqad the green light to jump on your bones!

Tony....I wouldn't know where to start.......it was a normal day in Whitby...I was sitting in a pub...then MrsO arrived! The lady who went to the loo and came out to be met by two cuddling females holding an axe, marigolds and a pint of Guinness must still be in shock...if not by that then by the huge male taking photos. Said photos will no doubt appear when Moped boy has airbrushed my bum.
Tony, nothing out of the ordinary (for me) happened.
Right I'm gonna email moped boy right now !.
