She has just got back to her building is at the front door sorting out her shopping and baby before entering the block. Just as she is about to walk through the door she has someone steamrollering out of the building giving her a garbled excuse for the behaviour. I would be alarmed in the first instance and if I was with someone I too would make a comment. It is a normal response to an unusual event.
Judging by what you post on here your anxiety and paranoia are getting out of hand, you need help. Do you have any friends or family that you can speak to who will help calm you down when you get yourself into a state?

gordie1 - What type of counsellor are you seeing -are you having any therapy or are you seeing a person centred counsellor? Please tell your counsellor at your next session about your panic attacks and hopefully you can get some coping strategies -CBT should be offered to you but hey this is the real world and you will be stuck on a waitng list. please try the following link and read the self help literature -it may help you 'normalise' how you are feeling. x
