Really Bad Period Cramps

done the usual hot water bottle, gentle stretching, Paracetamol/Ibuprofen - none of which are working, is there anything else that I can try to ease the pain?

I've had mefenamic acid before and I think that's what he has given me again as well as Tranexamic Acid too. I'm actually doped up to the eyes right now but taking my little butt off to bed with a dvd.

Mum suggested Gin but I don't fancy gin - I don't really take much to alcohol sadly

The very best thing is a capful of brandy in a cup of hot tea. (Capful of the brandy bottle, that is!).
That has always been my experience - and I don't drink.
