honeydip - it worries me that you think this is okay - you should not be restricting yourself so much on your calorie intake. if you are intending to eat just fruit and salad items, please don't count or measure them and eat them freely. if you want a calorie controlled diet, then count the calories in any other items you eat such as cereals, jacket potatoes, chicken etc. your body needs protein, fibre and other goodness. a limited amount of fruit and nothing else is not sustainable, not healthy. and then you're saying your having a day off the diet tomorrow - this is yo yo dietting at its worst - please go on the ww or sw websites, and read about healthy ways to lose weight long-term. this won''t work - i've tried this sort of thing before, so i know exactly what i'm talking about. you need something that you can stick to for a long time, not a quick fix which will only be a short-term fix - as soon as you start eating normally again, it will go back on, and more.... happy birthday for tomorrow - why not buy yourself a 12 week countdown at sw with your birthday money - join a class on Monday and look forward to a new you!
