Manboobies seem to arrive due to a little spare weight, a family history, and fashions for tight-fitting thin clothing that accentuates every bump.
Take a retro view on fashion, wear a thick vest, cotton shirt and chunky home knitted tank top with a tweed jacket on top. Does wonders for the figure.

If you seriously think you have gynomasticia then a chat with the doc would be a good idea

Woofgang, don't you feel that men are now being brainwashed into needing to have a mythical 'body beautiful'?
OP, on the figures you give if you calculate your BMI using the NHS calculator you come out as ever so slightly overweight.
So cutting out the pies n pints, taking a brisk walk and generally being sensible will quickly reduce the extra and the MBs will shrink too.
Please don't let anyone persuade you that cosmetic operations for this are a good idea.

Yes, I think everyone might be concerned about what goes into their foods, especially here in the UK with the recent issue surrounding the adulteration of beef with horsemeat in frozen processed foods.
But you are suggesting that growth hormones are given to cattle and chicken.
I am not sure where you live, but if it is anywhere in the EU, then this is not true - growth hormones have been banned, or at least, that is my understanding.
You claim man-boobs. You have not clearly defined what you mean by that though - are you talking about a clinical diagnosis of Gynocomastia, or are you talking about the man-boobs that many individuals are now suffering a s a consequence of eating too much and not exercising enough?
For hormones to be the cause in your instance. you would need to show an underproduction of testosterone or documented instance of anabolic steroids, or the presence of oestrogen in your system. Do you have any blood results that show this?
You then suggest that this is being caused by hormones in the meat you eat. You would need to show a causative link, and I do not think you can do that, at least in the EU where the use of growth hormone in animals has been banned for quite some time.
If you have any links showing otherwise, I would be very interested...
