Having Just Watched The Film 'Dont Look...

Our rabbit is about 13 months old and has always had a bit of a snuffly nose, but recently it seems to have got worse.
We got her some vitamin supplements for her water and her nose seems to have cleared a bit, however now she seems to have stopped pooing or eating very much at all. She did a few tiny ones the day before yesterday but hasn't produced anything (except wee!) since.
She's also not eating very much, she had some bran flakes earlier, and also some clover and daisys, but very little in comparison to what she'd normally eat.
We will be taking her to the vets tomorrow as it could be serious, but were wondering if anyone knew of anything we could try until then!?

All the bunnies that have stopped eating on me, have usually turned out to have been teeth related probs...I do hope your rabbits problem is easily solved.
sorry to say this, but where rabbits are concerned, especially with digestive ailments, vets are nothing but rubbish and a waste of money. get yrself some rabbit probiotic(avipro plus) www.vetark.co.uk.mix a scoop with a tiny bit of water, put it in a syringe(if u get a 1ml syringe & cut the end off its best for boons) make sure she gets all of this in once a day-putting it in her water wont help as if shes not eating she wont b drinking much either.give her probiotic everyday till its finished even when shes better- u can put it in her water.it will increase her appetite so if shes a bit tubby watch how much u feed her!
sounds like she might be a bit constipated.get some califig liquid laxative and give her 2 mls(again with a chopped off end 1ml syringe)if she isnt constipated this will not give her the runs at all i promise.the sugar will b much needed as she hasnt been eating.
the best way to give a rabbit syringed food is to kneel on th floor on a towel.put her between yr knees so she cant move back.lightly hold her head with one hand & stick th syringe in the side of her mouth and give her a little bit, let her swallow, then a bit more and so on.
next, lighlty cook some peas & carrots & puree them with some bramble leaves & apple & grass and feed her as much as u can with the chopped off end syringe every2 hours or so.u dont need to get up at night.leave plenty of fresh grass and dandelions in her hutch, make sure shes got a BOWL of water. give her syringed water/100% pinepple juice away from food.give more califig in 2ml doses if nothing is coming out after about 12 hours(clean her poo area so u can see whats new!), use yr own judgement, persevere and dont give up! post again if uve got more q's. good luck!!
