Coloured Hair Question
9 Answers
Hi
I've had my hair dyed/bleached blonde for about 15 years but decided to go back to my original colour of dark brown so that I could get the condition back. This I did gradually and was very successful, however, no matter how I have my hair cut, it stays very flat. It's extremely shiny now which is great but I just can't get any body into it for some reason. I can't understand why when it was blonde it was lovely and wavy and full of bounce and now it isn't.
Anyone have any ideas of how to get some bounce back?

The only thing I do to add a bit more volume is backcomb the roots a bit (not much) and keep in place with a small spirtz of spray.
Oh, and I dry my hair upside down too, which seems to help :-)
You could always think about adding a bit of a curl, which would give it some volume. Obviously that depends on how long your hair is though. Mine's currently fairly short, so curls don't really work... unless I want to end up looking like Brian May!
