I have been diagnosed as suffering from Rosacea , and have nasty red spots appearing on my cheeks. I have had 2 courses of anti biotics over the past year, which helped a little, but it is back, and I am not sure what to do next. I do not want, nor indeed would probably not be given more anti bios, but dont know what is the best thing to use. My doctor gave me some cream, but that appears to be some kind of a moisturising cream. It is painful and very sore. Do I go back to the doctor once again or is there some other method of treatment.

Wikipedia has a page on this http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rosacea but as a rule if you are unhappy with the present treatment IMO always best to let your GP know and ask what else there is.
