I had the same as Mr B, kicked off my malabsorption and couldn't keep anything in my system for nearly a week, not nice. As others have said, flat ginger ale is good for sickness. I suck on ready salted crisps to try and get some salt in (as rehydration sachets taste yuk), gentle crackers like water biscuits or matzos.
If you are still struggling then jelly and fruit lollies are quite good, especially for getting fluids in.
Nothing too sweet, spicy, fatty, rich etc... Avoid too much dairy and wholegrains. Go for easily digestible.
Hope you are all feeling better soon! x

My sympathies bednobs, we were all rotten last week, went right through the family only missed one of my daughters, and she ended up exhausted running around looking after everybody. youngest grandson ended up in hospital for two days on a drip.
As everybody else has said, eat dry bland things, biscuits, toast etc and make sure you drink plenty.
Hope you all feel better soon. X
