A relation has a request for foxgloves to be included in a wreath at funeral next week, is possible to get them at this time of the year?

Probably not... At least here in the U.S., (I would expect the same results in the U.K.) Foxgloves are a semi-difficult plant to grow. Most varities are biennial... meaning they don't produce flowers the first year but bloom the following year and then, most likely die out. They are not usually cultivated by florists since they don't produce much in the way of blooms. They self seed, by the way.

I've grown them and continue to do so but they aren't very long lasting once cut. There are some perrenial varieties, but I have no experience with those...
Forgot to mention, here, the bloom time is late May through mid-to late June...
They don't bloom until May in UK either. You certainly won't find any in the wild at the moment. You could look around specialist florists to see if they have any forced blooms available for the cut-flower market.
Just a suggestion - perhaps you could use artificial foxgloves mixed in with the real flowers to make the wreath. Then when foxgloves season arrives put a fresh bouquet of foxgloves on the grave.
