I'm trying to find evidence on why not to use paraffin gauze on pressure ulcers (for essay) NICE suggest using hydrocolloids etc and not using the above. After searching for the last 45 mins I've given up....or maybe there isnt a reason ??

You would be best to use google scholar to find peer reviewed/published research. Just use the key words hydrocolloid paraffin gauze.
Lots of results.
You can see the abstracts, but for some you might need to use your ATHENS account if you have one.
