Don't smoke. Eat healthily- lots of fruit and veg. And water. And be patient!! And remember that you will probably only grow as tall as your parents have...

ok - it's protein - eat lots of protein and good fresh food.

take care

And exercise like basket ball, tennis etc, stretching your muscles and bones can help growth.

Can I ask how old you are? My son was always small for his age until he reached 16. He was the smallest in the class, even smaller than people 2 years younger than him, but he's 5'9" now and he's 17. OK, that's not tall, but it's acceptable considering I'm 5'1" and my husband is 5'8". My son didn't do anything special, but ate regularly and healthily - proper meals, not your burger & chips, mind - and did things like situps, pressups and pullups, etc. He's also always been active, which I think helps.

Some people just grow slower than other people, it's a fact of life.

I have heard that if you start weight lifting too young you can stunt your growth too. Don't know if that's true or not.

As dmsjps said - we don't know how old you are. But it is a biological fact that teenagers actually grow while they're asleep, so if you're having too many late nights . . .   You deffo need a good night's sleep on a regular basis.
