I don't know the Surrey area but would say they are not miracle cures but aids to your willpower. You still need to make the effort, it should just be easier than it would be.

OG is right, hypnotists don't cure you of anything, but they may help you to help yourself. Both of my sons had hypnosis to stop smoking and it worked although the urge to smoke did return. The difference was they'd had the benefits of not smoking, better health, more money, and they used that as an ongoing reason to not start again.

I was hypnotised cos of my fear of spiders, I did not fall asleep, but I was tranquil, I'll never know if it worked, BUT that was 4yrs ago and to this day I have not seen a spider, even though my sister has seen them running in front of me - strange, but I'm happy!
