ok so i spent a fruitless twenty minutes trying to find the paracetamol's i knew i bought yesterday, turned shopping bag inside out, then the hand bag, then the cupboards, then the place where i usually keep them, in the bathroom cabinet, no joy, so gave up,. guess where i found them, stuck inside the fridge. what's your senior moments lately..
I've done that em, it's so embarrassing. Several years ago I managed to walk all the way to the bus stop without noticing I had failed to put a skirt on! I was wearing black tights, so hopefully not too many people noticed!?! I was so embarrassed I pretty much hid indoors for the next week or so
At work, could not find my lanyard anywhere. I asked a colleague in the office to keep their eye out for it. They asked what it looked like, as I pulled it from my neck pointing frantically at my lanyard, 'like this!' I said. D'oh. I was a little embarrassed, but I have far too many senior moments every day!
I used the Gosport ferry yesterday, something I only do very rarely, and the ferry was tying up to the pontoon as I arrived so I hurriedly scanned the tariff board on the ticket machine (no ticket office on the Portsmouth side) and saw OAP against one description so selected it and paid £3.
Turned out it was for OAP plus bike, OAP rate was £1.90.

like the time i put my purse in a secret compartment in the bag and proceeded to hunt for the damn thing as i thought had lost it. I was on the bus at the time, so got off half way to the destination, then had a eureka moment, ah that's where i put it, highly embarrassing.
I walked home from the shops once, and was concerned that my car wasn't parked outside my flat when I got ther.
At first I thought it was stolen, but then remembered I had gone to the shops on the way home from somewhere, so the car was in the shopping centre car park.
I wasn`t that senior at the time but I cycled to Kingston (3 miles) locked the bike, went shopping, came to unlock the bike and realised I`d left they keys at home. I had to get the bus back home, collect keys, get another bus back to Kingston and then cycle home.
