Cricked Neck

Teen smow went to Disneyland Paris for the weekend with the school and came back last night with a cricked neck.. Said he did it on the sat and then had the long coach journey home. Was almost in tears. Cant turn neck at all and says pain is awful. Have done the usual ibuprofen gel and not sur whats best to now do. He says it still really hurts.

Good thinking, I have to wait in for a delivery but as soon as that comes I will nip to the chemist. I remember cricking my neck at work once years ago, couldnt believe how painful it was!

Have cricked mine a number of times on that - ouch!
Try paracetamol alongside the ibuprofen as well

I agree with ojread........the Ibuprofen tablets, NOT the gel.
It will settle within this week.
