Lumps In Nose

I've just noticed two lumps inside at the top of each of my nostrils they look like tonsils almost.. Is this normal?

Odd...no it is not normal.

Do you mean one lump in each nostril?

Are they "hard" or "fleshy?"

Yeah there is one in each nostril but one I can only just see and the other is so big I cant see past it. And I can't explain it any better than they look just like mini tonsils, they are fleshy.

OK...best guess.....they are nasal polyps. No big deal, but if they are causing trouble with your breathing, then see your GP for ENT referral and removal.

Cause of nasal polyps is unknown.....? infective...?allergic....

Sounds like a possible Turbinate infection... there's three of them, but one could see them, I suppose, depending on how good you are with a mirror.

Sqad's concern, though, is indicative in and of itself of something more sinister going on... see your doc...
