Well, I have heard that Holland and Barrett evening primrose oil is very good, as is their starflower oil. However, as you want a quick remedy than I can only recommend a bottle of Hardy`s Shiraz 2011 - it works wonders, apparently.

Well that would depend on the symptoms.......

I can have....

Sore boobs.....no treatment found to date.
Stomach cramps.....ironing (the rhythmical swaying motion helps....and I hate ironing)
General crabbiness....glass of wine and silly gossip/comedy film TV show or a bit of bitching.
Murderous intentions....lock me in a shed until it passes.

My doctor told me the only way I would get rid of PMT was to have a baby and he was right. (Should have put up with the PMT:-)) If she's only staying overnight I doubt she'll manage to produce one this evening though.
