Why were you cleaning pennies?
Question Author
to make them shinny again. but i feel fine. my eyes just feel funny
Yes! your eyes will be OK as long as you didn't get any of the liquid into them. Get out into the fresh air and let it get to your eyes and lungs.

how can i get the liqiad inside a penny
Question Author
and how do if you got the liquiads inside
Cocoa Cola cleans pennies well.
You'd do far better dropping your coins into a cup of CocaCola - that cleans everything, including toilets.

Hi my eyes are better and i fell fine. do you think i will be okay
You'll be fine - this time. Please do some research before you start messing with chemicals again.
If you are cleaning pennies in order to sell them on ebay then be advised that collectors aren't interested in coins that have been cleaned.
As stated already, if you still want to clean them coca cola or vinegar will do the job without endangering your health.
Yes, you will be fine. I was emptying a dyeline machine and had a much higher exposure, as above best use coca cola to clean coins.
