I am having trouble with insect bites since the hot weather arrived. I used to treat them with a product called Wasp-eze but it seems to have disappeared from the shops. It was an aerosol that contained an anti-histamine and was very effective. Can anyone recommend an alternative product? Please be aware that I take warfarin.

i use benadryl cream as midges and mozzie's love me, i don't know if its ok with warfarin or not 0 google suggests it is, but check with pharmacist
We like Anthisan cream which is similar to Benadryl and it seems very effective.
When I was in Borneo, I was bitten constantly. I rubbed Bonjela mouth ulcer cream on them and it stopped the itching straight away. Without the scratching, the bites rarely go bad ways. Worked for me. Just a suggestion.
I use a little pen from Boots called Afterbite. It has a strong smell of ammonia but the relief is instant and my best friend in summertime.
I use Avon So Soft which is a body oil with citrus, try Avon website or ebay
This is so you don't get bitten in the first place !

Thank you all for your interest and suggestions. Using Anthisan, I find, has exactly the same result as not using Anthisan. Benadryl too has no lasting effect with me. I'll give Bonjela and Afterbite a go and report back at some stage. Avon, I will eschew, as I don't have a ding-dong bell!! Sorry smurfchops but I'm a feller and don't go in for precautions; you are, I suspect, a lady who has 2,456 bottles on your dressing table. I admire your dedication however.
