Hair Thickener - Both Temporary And Permanent

had anyone any recommendations for ways to thicken a females hair?

I have basic stuff that does it temporarily, and use hairspray etc but is there anything that thickens it for real?
actually makes it grow thicker - supplements etc

I use kelp already.

No. Nothing will. Having it cut shorter or layered might make it appear thicker, or using a hairdryer with your head upside down to lift the roots.

You can change shampoo, that can help - I started using shampoo with Argan oil, that made my hair look thicker and more glossy. A lot of hair condition is down to diet and general state of health.

Nothing can ever actually make your hair grow thicker . hair is dead as soon as it comes through the scalp, the actual diameter of the hair is determined by the size of the hair follicles in your skin and that is determined at conception. You can no more make your hair grow thicker than you can make your arms grow longer.

I haven't got fine hair as in baby hair, but I have never had many of them and my hair hasn't much body. I have been using Michael diCesare copper peptide shampoo with leave in conditioner and find its brilliant stuff.

Her from Bucks Fizz advertises Nourikin-although that might be for thinning hair rather than making your actual hairs thicker.

You won`t find anything that will make your hair grow thicker but Nioxin do a range of products. Their shampoo and conditioner doesn`t work IMO but they have styling/blow drying gels that do work
