Update On My Pain Relief Problems....

I met another lovely new GP this morning who spent a good 30 minutes listening to me waffle on and was very thorough with me.
She's ordering a barrage of tests and further investigation into my pain and thinks I have [as well as everything else lol] a frozen shoulder, carpel tunnel problems and is concerned about my cervical spine as well as my lumbar!

She's ringing me tomorrow about various scans, ultra sound tests and a possible further MRI to have another look at my original back problems but also my neck.... and to up my pain meds until I see my pain consultant [who she is going to write to as well].
So all in all a reasonably successful venture!

Wow, sounds like a great appointment and a lot of progress, I'm really pleased for you and hope that all the further tests and appointments are forthcoming soon for you, sounds like you have suffered enough. Keep us posted x
