Really Bad Neck Pain And Pretty Bad Nausea

Hi there I have a really sore neck and I feel very nauseated. These are the only 2 symptoms I have but is this anything to worry about. I do not want to google incase I find out something I dont like

my hubby woke up one morning on holiday with a stiff neck we assumed he had slept funny 4 weeks later hes still got it hes been doctors who showed no interest just said its a pulled muscle without even looking at it yesterday he felt so ill from it he felt sick he went A AND E they said the same pulled muscle just take painkillers which he is doing but its not helping so all i can say is i hope you have better look try a heat patch or them things you heat up in microwave
