If you were in a pub and the band played a Beatles song, which one would you most like to hear? This may be moved to music but it's more of an emotional response I was after- something jolly and simple, a singalong, or Imagine or Yesterday sort of thing?!
Ticket to ride, hello goodbye, I want to hold your hand, she loves you, love me do, and finish off with And I love her (my all-time favourite song!) xx
When in a pub what I most like to hear is, "It's my round, what will you have ?". The band can play whatever Beatles song they like, but not too loud; I want to hear my drinking buddies.
McCartney's count-in confirms that you are about to hear just under three minutes of the greatest rock and roll ever recorded - "One-two-three-FOUR!" - and that's exactly what you get.
Old_Geezer: or, "it's your round, I just want a soda water", 'me too' says George (have to make some names up), "me too" says Barry, 'I'll just have a pint of coke' says Phil.
AndyHughes- I heard that 1 2 3 4 in my head and it went into the start of I Saw Her Standing There! I was about to YouTube it to check, then I read your second post!
