the best diet is to cut out carbohidrates and eat proteing and plenty of water. check the labels of food if it has over 6grams carbs per 100 grams dont touch it!!! its really restrictive but if adhered to a good method. i lost 3 to inches of my waist in 2 weeks. even better you do not have to do any exercise or take any pills. its not wise to stay on the diet for ever as you need a mix of protein and carbohidrate but it is good to cut down your intake of carbs and sugar. once you have lost the weight you want to then you can have carbs during the week. on this diet vodka, whisky and brandy are completely free!!! and dry white wine isnt too bad so if you go out for a night you can still drink just try to choose a low carb mixer for instance have vodka lime and soda. minimal lime shouldnt throw you off to much. good luck
