Well, if that's the case, when you land in Toronto you might as well take the next available flight home.

I have. Are you an Eskimo?
I haven't. A couple of times I felt like doing so but didn't.
Mine is triggered by the thermostat, if temps dip then heating comes on.

I am still sleeping under a 4.5tog duvet so it can't be that cold here!
Blimey I have, it was freezing last night !
Had it on a couple of times..............today is quite mild.

Ours is well and truly on. We had a really hard frost last night; you now the one that makes big ferns on everything. I hadn't got any de-icer so had to do a lot of scraping off the car windscreen.

Yeah, sorry, that's what I meant, quinie, lol.
I've had mine on constant since October and I'm not in any of those hot ountries mentioned above :)

I don't have it blaring just nice and warm - I so like my comforts :0}
We have ours on low today. It's damp, dark and chilly. I have only just come in and Mr Tills has been doing the housework so it hasn't been at a high temperature. We may boost it up a bit later.
We've been lighting the log burners the past few days as it gets cold on an evening, haven't resorted to putting the heating on yet though.
Gritters out last night and deep frost on Sunday morning for us
Mind you its quite rural and we are northern
Winter is coming say the Starks
I haven't yet. It's still quite mild here, haven;t even put the winter duvet on yet
Question Author
Perhaps its just mild in S Wales, fingers crossed.
I noticed people talking about their heating in Sept. when it was boiling here.
First time last night! Just put it on now too... Only needs an hour or two then I'll switch off for the night. Once kids are bed I put my wooly jumper and slipper socks on and I'm fine!
