Mm And Km Links December 2013 Week [4]
4 Answers
Here's hoping you all had a Merry Christmas and wishing you a Happy New Year.
This Saturday will be the final round for December and also the final game of 2013 in both the KM and MM Links Games.
In the KM Links game, Kate teased us with her usual seasonal offering but should be back in normal mode for this week's challenge from ' The Daily Telegraph ' GK Crosswords. Watch out in Q&P for the usual post by Seekeerz early on Saturday morning.
The MM version of the game has been set throughout December by 'Lady Eleanor' (aka elliemay1). The availability of points has oscilated from low to high and back to low over the last 3 games so we are due for a high this weekend.
Just in case it doesn't pan out that way, 'Lady Eleanor' has donned her hiking boots once more and headed for the hills leaving me to post her introduction and challenge in Q&P tomorrow. Look out for the intro at 8:45 and the challenge itself at 9:00 (weather permitting).
Rain and gales are once again the order of the day so I'll be tucking myself up somewhere snug with a whisky and suggest you should do likewise. It is only mad-dogs, Englishmen and 'Lady Eleanor' who go out in weather like this.
Good luck with tomorrows games.
All are welcome to join in - just suggest 4 words that will go with each of the declared words to make either a new word or a well-known phrase.
eg. If one of the declared words is NIGHT you could suggest FORT, DRESS, TIME, SHIFT or JARS, but not 'white night' or 'night in gale' (despite the weather).
The Shrubbery is now open for socialising.
Until tomorrow then - Keep Dry & Happy Linking

The DT Puzzle Site still hasn't sorted out all its bugs and is still relying on .pdf files to distribute the puzzles.
Even non-members have access to these and (until midnight GMT) all the Christmas day and Boxing day puzzles are available to download free.

No floods around these parts Seekerz but the wind is stirring everything up. The recycling bins had a good roll around last night redistributing their contents. Not quite the recycling that the Council had in mind.
