Electric Toothbrush...and Flossing!

Just treated myself & Mr C to electric toothbrushes... great bargain... 2 for the price of 1... in Boots if anyone needs one...what I was wondering, do you Floss,or brush first? Does it matter??... really going to try and look after me teefs... after just paying a £552 bill at the dentist for a crown!! gonna look after it..lol.. Happy New Year to you all ..Mrs C xx

I floss after brushing, but I don't suppose it matters too much, which way round it is.
My dentist told me to stop using the electric flosser, the pressure was making my gums bleed. In theory, you floss first, to dislodge the tartar etc., then brush.

Ahh I see Boxtops... that does make sense... I'm using the tape type of floss... my gums bled at first.. its stopped now...!
I bought a water flossing gadget a while ago. Still not tried it out yet. Always in too much rush.
