Park Homes

We are considering moving to a Park Home.Has anybody out there any experience of these homes only I am always worrying about what could go wrong !!

Sorry for my ignorance, but is a park home a static caravan?

I know some ABers live in park homes - hopefully one of them will see this. They seem very pleased with it. I have a friend in Spain who lives in one, she's delighted with the ease of looking after it. I think you need to be careful about site and management charges, what's included and what's not.

There is a brilliant forum called http://www.parkhomeforum.co.uk where you can ask just about anything to do with park homes. Lots of the questions are answered by people already living in a park home and overseen by the editor of the http://www.parkhomeliving.co.uk website.
