5 Answers
Is there any truth at all in taking this mixture? Could it be harmful if anyone wanted to give it a try? Would welcome Sqad's thoughts on this too please.

People have been eating cinnamon and honey for centuries. Both have mild antiseptic qualities, so there's some benefit to it. However, if it cured disease, the drug companies would never have come about, let alone become successful.

Coltsfoot rock is good for throats and coughs...maybe it's psychological but it does seem to help.

As sqad has already mentioned, unlikely it will do you much harm, but for any "remedy" that purports to be a universal "cure-all", you should be wary. There is little to no credible scientific evidence to support the vast majority of these health claims, and you should be especially wary of any alternative remedy that purports to cure cancers.
