2x Co-Codamol 30/500 but be careful taking too many say, three times a day, they can also cause Constipation if you take them everyday.
I've seen Co-Codomal prescribed two, four times a day.
Yes, you can take co-codamol 4x a day- also with ibuprofen if necessary.
don't take the co-codamol and paracetamol together, though.
I take soluble co-codamol 4 times a day, and a 400mg Ibuprofen as well if needed...............
Hi SandyRoe. Yes you can take co-codamol 4 times a day but I was just pointing out, that when taken regularly okay say 4 times a day on a regular basis they can make you constipated.
I believe they can also become addictive.

No problem. Sqad may well come along and up the ibuprofen, which is fine, he's qualified to. I'm just saying what the general guidelines are x
yes, I think Sqad may well say your first suggestion is ok, jeza
I have had no pain relief whatsoever from taking Ibuprofen & paracetamol, I have also tried Diclofenac, which didn't help. So hesitating before returning to the GP, my kind sister in law gave me a supply of Solpadol, yippee ! pain vanished. However they are only available on prescription.
