switching pills

i'm currently on dianette and i've been given cilest to take but i dont know when i should switch? anyone know? do i take it first day of my break or first day of period?? confuzzled!!!

Read the packet insert!  Usually you start it on the first day of your break assuming you are still taking the Dianette.  But the package should contain an instruction leaflet which will tell you precisely what to do - I suggest you check this.  Alternatively, ask your local pharmacist.

yer i've checked the instruction leaflet but there's no info on it! will hav to ask pharmacist or something

I just swapped from Dianette to Yasmin... I finished my last Dianette pill, had a 7 days break as usual & then took the first Yasmin one.  x
