Derma K cream - does it work

Has anyone used Derma K cream(NatraKlear) to fade 'spider veins/ thread veins' and if so does it work??

I know this is four months later, but anyway...I recently spoke to the manager of a health food shop, who told me that it does work, but the results are not instant and that it must be applied every morning and night for best results.
