Go to the Docs or A&E if you fell off a ladder and hurt your foot ?

I did this on Sunday and badly hurt my instep Plantar muscle) and sole of my foot so im limping quite bad which is affecting my hip and back.

Now several people have told me to go and see the quack but what will they do...R.I.C.E ???. There's no swelling but had a bit of tingling in my toes and other than a lot of pain, that's it.

Would you really bother the quacks ?

Me? What would I do?
It is less than 48 hours after the incident, stomp would take the advice of the RICE brigade and if in 48 hours it hadn't settled, would pop into A&E.
I would go to my local Minor Injuries Unit or drop-in centre if you don't have an A&E handy - I wouldn't wait any longer. You're not likely to get an early GP appointment after a Bank holiday break. I certainly wouldn't just do nothing.
It would depend on the pain levels. If it was bearable I'd rest it as much as poss and see if it would heal on it's own.
"stomp?".......no idea where that came from, should have read " I would."
Rest up hammerman and give it a day or so. Remember, if you're limping quite badly you're obviously not resting, take it easy now. Hope you feel better soon.
