please please can some one help, I've got an mp3 player of 256 bites, used it for a long time now but just last week i sat down to change the music and on my computer all music looked as though it was 'sync' across to my player but when i dis-connected it, on the screen of my player just read ' error reformat media'  wot i have done so wrong that it won't work and how can i put it right .  Novice needing BIG help

Re-connect your player to the computer, open up the 'My computer' window and right click on the icon for your 'removable hard-drive', select 'format' from the list.

Re-formatting the drive will only erase the corrupt data that your mp3 player cannot read, when done, you can add the music files again. If possible I'd just check your mp3 files in case one of them caused the problem.

Don't panic though, It'll be fine!
