For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.Re-connect your player to the computer, open up the 'My computer' window and right click on the icon for your 'removable hard-drive', select 'format' from the list.
Re-formatting the drive will only erase the corrupt data that your mp3 player cannot read, when done, you can add the music files again. If possible I'd just check your mp3 files in case one of them caused the problem.
