Bad Day For Going Out.

The local authority decided to resurface the road. As some will know I live in a cul-de-sac. Where did they start, at the top of the cul-de-sac. It was total chaos. At about 10am they decided to close the road completely. So no traffic at all. Mic's carers had to walk about 500 yards. The local bus service was turned away and the work shy men had a 30 min morning break and a 2 hour lunch. We were given no notice of this work until a leaflet came through the door at
5 Ish tonight saying this will go on all week. This is a side road to a housing estate. Grrrrrrrrrrr.
