I always seem to get leg cramps in the night when the weather is hot.....any connection with the heat or just coincidence? Not that I am complaining about the heat lol

Ma had a lot of cramps in the night and was prescribed quinine tablets in the end but before that she was telt to have plain crisps at night for the salt.
