Why do they do it?
An attractive friend of Mrs sqad comes every Friday afternoon for cake, glass of wine and a chat (I just make an appearance for 10 mins to chat to make her day)and wears a *** awful "sailor" top and shorts.

I think that it is an insult to me but more particularly an insult to her husband.......Mrs sqad would never do that to me.

Why don't women (particularly British women) pay more attention to what they wear. The French, Italian and Spanish women take pride in their dress.....but the Brits/ they are an embarrassment.

I wear cargo pants- never worked on a dock yet.

I wear sweat pants- no intentions of actually working up a sweat for anything, never mind exercise.

Not so....an attractive woman may be made to look "ordinary" with a bad choice of dress sense. Conversely, an ordinary looking woman can be made to look exceptional with the correct dress choice.

English women score very low in my opinion.

I think that in this hot weather one should dress for comfort. For instance, I am currently recling in a short navy satin slip and my husband certainly doesn't look insulted or offended at all ! ;-)
