Is it a serious question gordie? If so historically in the British Isles the most common way would be for people who believe in that sort of thing to get something belonging to the 'cursee',at an appropriate astrological hour on an appropriate astrological day ( these can be dispensed with in time of emergency) make the item ' captive' ( ie put it in a jar perhaps, so that person's good or bad fortune is under your control. Then add whatever you like to the jar to represent what you wish to happen to them- so for example a handkerchief of yours with some sharp nasty tacks in the jar, rattled every day would represent physical pain, and something else to represent other types of nastiness. There are a 1001 other ways though but that's easy and common for a certain sort of person to try.
