The Gail and Michael storyline makes me feel ill, I find it nauseating. She's such a rubbish actor, and he's no better. As to Nick and Steph, hadn't really thought about it but yes, could happen.

I don't agree that Gail is a rubbish actor - she portrayed real fear when David was pelting her with peanuts.
