Help required from knowledgeable people as a matter of urgency. About an hour ago our cat brought in a baby sparrow which must have fallen from the nest (she doesn't usually bother with birds as I had Bantams, which terrified her). It is in one piece, sitting nestled in tissues in a box and seems to have got over the shock because about 10 mins. ago I managed to get a beakful of soaked cat-kibble down it. Very young, looked up pictures and it can only be 9 days old at very most, probably 8.
Question - I need practical advice as to what I do!
Yes, Zacs-Master, I have, but I'd put the question on 'nature' in general and I wondered if bird experts might not see it - so thought that a 'belt and braces' approach would be best.
dual posts are frowned upon I'm afraid. All questions appear in the grey box 'Latest Posts' despite which category they are in so there's no need to post a separate Q, just join in with the original and it will re-appear.

Thanks for your reply, I'm new to all this and can't seem to reply separately to you. I won't do it again

Thank you so much gness - I'm afraid that I'm ashamed to say that the clue I struggled on today was 'bush' - I was obsessed with 'Kush' until the light finally dawned and made me feel stupid. It was so easy! Only excuse is that the other half of jourdain is poorly.
