Are there any certain yoga moves I should be doing that concentrates on weight loss, rather than just building muscle? Or does all of that go hand in hand?

If you want to lose weight you need to eat fewer calories. Yoga is for getting supple. Any weight loss would be very subtle.

You will not lose weight by doing yoga. You might tone up but you won't lose weight. To lose weight you need to move more and eat less.
Not specifically, but practicing yoga fully, and not just as a keep-fit exercise, can lead you to eating and breathing correctly, which can be a help to your total physical and mental well-being.
I think you should try it and see.

If you want to lose weight you need to get your heart rate going.
The two most important moves in modern yoga are: Step away from the fridge and Walk past the sweet shop.
Good luck with it.
