Sunday. A clear sky with a crescent moon and all the stars on parade in their best uniforms. Quite warm too. wonderful!

Tiggy was in as usual, all bright eyed and spiky tailed...well, hedgehogs don't have tails, but I'm sure you know what I mean!

Woke up at 1.30 and that was it, so I've been doing some dusting and polishing, knackered now! Sat down with a cup of lemon and ginger. Luvverly!

Have a happy day everyone.

Morning Boaty.
'Least your domestic chores are done and dusted.
Mrs Oz took delivery of a new oven/stove today so I'll have to duck out soon and collect an electrician to wire it in for us. Could do it myself but it voids warranty if I do. Old mate lives half a K away is licensed to do so but being Sunday arvo he won't be able to drive, hic, hic.

Afternoon oz. I could do that for you. :o}

Well, the lounge is done. The rest can wait! I've don a bit in the back garden too. Lots more needs doing but I can only do about 20 minutes at a time. Therefore. unless I can find a gardener that want's a good lunch, it ain't going to get done!

It#s unseasonably warm here, but 'yer wee man' on the idiot box has just said that is going to change dramatically! Nothing new there then! :o}
I've been known to work for food and drink, but I reckon the commuting could be a killer ;-)
Guess it won't be long before your days are short and the nights long.

My old mate wont actually touch the thing. He'll just tell me what to do and leave his trade qualification details here, once again.
I'll have to "water" him and drive him back home. The system works well!!

Sounds good to me! :o}

It already gets late a bit early in the afternoons, and early a bit late in the mornings...if you know what I mean! I'm not too fond of winter. In army days I was always happy with postings to warm climates, like Malaysia. Loved it! I did however get posted to cold places too. like North Cape, in Norway. Germany in winter is no joke either!
Winter in Germany is no joke? I've been lead to believe Germans don't have a sense of humour ;-), don't know how much truth there is in that.
Living in Malaysia would do me in, I can't handle humidity, I'm fine with hot and coldish temps but humidity finishes me off.
Granted my idea of extreme cold is minus a couple of C.
Morning Boaty and Ozzy

Woken up by senior dog "having a bit of a bark" - I think she's seeing/hearing things (well she's pushing 17 now), but you still need to get up & check the premises.

Quick cuppa and (hopefully) but to the land of nod - but I hae me doots :(

The Germans have a sense of humour as long as the joke is on someone else.

You get used to the humidity. During the dry monsoon season it. like a very good summer in UK. It rains occasionally. During the wet monsoon season, however, it rains every day. It's still hot, but wet. Monsoon drains at the side of the road, 10 foot deep and six foot wide, fill up in a few minutes. It can be too heavy to drive through and if you are caught in it you are soaked in seconds. But at least it isn't cold! :o}

Don't have too shocking a time oz! :o}
Ha ha, If I don't I'll comagain ;-)
This time next week it'll still be 4:25am (I think).

And dark by 5ish in the afternoon.

At least I don't have to do the 'first commute home in the dark' - that used to be grim ...
