I Need Information On These Topics

I really need information on these topics
Hello everyone :), im a novice debater and ill be giving my first speeches in a few days (WSD Style/British Parliamentary). But i can't find any info on the two topics i was given, so i'd be extremely grateful if anyone could give me any amount of information which either supports or opposes these topics (it need not be in debate format, just any relevant info)

1) THW/We should award citizenship rights to foreign investors based on their economic contribution alone

2) Modernisation of cities in the global south should not come at the cost of informality

Note: Informality includes, but is not limited to, the informal sector of the economy, street vendors, informal housing, slums, etc

Any information or examples which supports or objects to these two topics would be greatly appreciated :) Thank you!
