What you eat can totally change the way you feel, and will have a massive impact on you energy levels. First of all make sure you are drinking loads of water � aim to drink 1.5 litres a day. Then try and cut out sugary carbs � unfortunately that means cakes, biscuits and chocolate! But by cutting these out (or at least to a minimum) you should really notice the difference. Have wholegrain bread instead of white, take a daily multi vitamin.
