Cameron has used the death of his son several times to demonstrate his commitment to the NHS.

Most recently at last months Party Conference while his own wife, close to tears looked on.

But while he openly praises the NHS in front of the cameras, his actions speak louder than words - last year his Government farmed out over £6billion of work to private firms, many of whom are supports of the Conservative Party.
He has offered NHS workers a 1% pay increase, while MPs award themselves an extra £10K.

So fair comment to the tweeter.

I do not know if the accusation is justified or not, but I do conclude from observation in the company I work for, and the views of friends who are or have been elsewhere, that hiving out activity that 'should' be done in house to the cheapest sub-contractor is ruining both the quality of products/services and the workforce's environment; so I have no reason to believe it is not an equally unwise practice in our health service. Especially since that should not be a profit oriented organisation but strive for high standards of care. There is a limit to prioritising value and efficiency.
