What A Let Down

In a deal I purchased a 2008 308 hdi Peugeot, it had a very severe Derv Problem caused by the previous owner ( Naughty Naughty Boy) I found the car after the repair good & lively " But" I did not know these cars came with a in-built swimming pool within the doors!! The rubber Seal at the base of the Door is also the Water Drain, anyway I'm sorting that out, the Disc's, well Peugeot you have again dropped a clanger at the experience of the buying public by getting "Cheap Discs" In my years of Driving & working on car's have I come across such Rust, yes, they do rust after rain but these are a joke, has anyone had the same Issue?

Suspicious to me. Has possibly the car been partially submerged for a time?

No Slack, it seems these cars have a problem with Window drainage.
