Weird Whistle Sound

This probably sounds as if I am half-baked, which may well be the case.

Occasionally when I am in the bath, reclining back, or in an armchair, my breathing quiet, just after the exhale, I hear a tiny little whistle that lasts maybe a second or two, almost if there was a blockage or whole and the air is having a secondary exhale and vibrates through.

Anybody else experienced this and/or know what it is or could be?

it's a distant train moving through the night sounding a brief, mournful call.

yes....i get it...called "rhonchi"(fluid) because i am old, fat and do not exercise enough.........like you! One good cough will clear it.

No big deal, but if it gets worse see you GP........that is if it lasts longer.

Trouble is, Mrs Sqad is an exceptional cook and Spain is not the place to be if one likes one's food...;-)
