Help Identifying This London Street Please
46 Answers
Can anyone identify this London street please. The street is in E2 which is roughly Bethnal Green London and would have been around the mid to late 1950's. The picture suggests the street was being demolished at the time. Thank you very much if you can help!!!

I think Prudie has it - Hague Place.
My 1954 Bartholomews Atlas lists "Hague Place, Sale St E2" in the index but asterisked. This means it does not appear on the map (too small) but adjoins Sale Street. Reference is for page 65. "Hague Street, E2" appears on page 66 so the two are close but not adjacent. I cannot find Hague Place on the larger OS of 1914.
Most of Sale Street has now gone and Hague Street entirely disappeared. I think the site of interest is now the open area Weavers Fields.
