Night out in brighton

There is about 40 of us going down to Brighton for the day and evening next Thursday. I work for a large accountancy firm and they are taking us out. The day is sorted and we are all having a curry in the evening but where to next? The age range is between 25 and 50 so we need a cool bar or club thats not too cheesy but fun...i would like to avoid West street if possible....many thanks for any help

Loads of night life and a vast choice of lively or quiet pubs---never any trouble there and everybody has fun.
